Intrinsic Bounding Box and Extents
Intrinsic Bounding Box Properties
Checking the Intrinsic Box Results box in the Data Collection property enables the following
results:
Object Definition
Intrinsic Bounding Box Left The leftmost coordinate of the bounding box
aligned with respect to the X-axis (major axis) of
the principal axes.
Intrinsic Bounding Box Right The rightmost coordinate of the bounding box
aligned with respect to the X-axis (major axis) of
the principal axes.
Intrinsic Bounding Box Top The topmost coordinate of the bounding box
aligned with respect to the Y-axis (minor axis) of
the principal axes.
Intrinsic Bounding Box Bottom The bottommost coordinate of the bounding box
aligned with respect to the Y-axis (minor axis) of
the principal axes.
Intrinsic Bounding Box Rotation The rotation of the intrinsic bounding box cor-
responds to the counter-clockwise angle between
the X-axis of the bounding box (major axis) and
the X-axis of the selected coordinate system.
